I had my first job as a graphic designer back in 1997, after my Degree in Design and have over 15 years of experience in the design industry dealing with client interaction and printer workflow. Largely working on a range of printed media but also DVD production, packaging design and photography. I bring this background and wealth of expertise to help clients who come to my studio SpaceRocket.
Experienced Designer
As an experienced seasoned designer who has project managed and art directed for a vast number of clients I have nearly a decade and a half personally seeing projects through the entire lifecycle from sale to delivery. My experience of printers allows me to make sure work is correctly and professionally printed. I am an adaptable designer and I have spent my career applying design skills to various media from corporate identity to magazines.
New styles and approaches are always emerging or growing and I take a very active role in staying contemporary through research, news and personal experiments. Then blending these with the traditional approaches I have been educated with, such as my passion for typography, art history, colour theory and form.
My career has been in lead office roles where I ahve developed strong core business skills. From day to day running of an office through to accounts and sales and I convey a professional business approach to every project I’m involved in. Visit my Linkedin Profile to view my CV.
Experienced Photographer
Photography is one of my keen interests and I have had my work used within a range of printed literature as well as being published within national magazines and newspapers. These include Anglers Mail, Angling Times, Course Angling Today, Course Fisherman, Total Course Fishing, What Satellite, Mountain Bike UK and The Daily Mirror.
